Yesterday Randy & I ran to Oopsie Daisy for some Easter basket shopping. We LOVE Oopsie Daisy. My kids ask to go there nearly every day (seriously).
We snagged some fun things for everyone’s Easter baskets (will reveal all of that tomorrow) and as we were checking out, I found a bracelet I just couldn’t live without. It’s not often that I find things I can’t live without. Sure there are lots of things that I like, but I can usually walk away. However, Oopsie Daisy has SO many fun things, from books, toys, clothing and more for my kids to jewelry, clothing and accessories for me, making it trickier to not find something I completely adore.
This bracelet won my heart. I’ve been seeking to live with more gratitude each day, fully embracing the present moment. The words on the pendant of the bracelet completely resonated with me, “her life is a wonderful adventure.”
I love it! I snagged it as an Easter/Mother’s Day/just-for-fun gift to myself because there was only ONE of these in the store. I knew that by wearing it, whenever I’d see it or feel it I would be anchored back to focusing on gratitude and the abundance of “wonderful” existing in my life.
Also, there’s something about the color jade/teal that melts me into a puddle of bliss. Truly, this bracelet – jade/teal flowers and all – was meant for me.
This was not my first bracelet purchase from Oopsie Daisy. Oh, no. I have 3 other bracelets I love and they all came from Oopsie Daisy. In fact, I bought my mom a bracelet from Oopsie Daisy for her birthday. I just LOVE their bracelets!!! Whenever I wear them, I get asked where they came from.
I love to wear these Oopsie Daisy bracelets all bangled together, too (minus the gold – I wear that one alone… for now *wink*).
My criteria for a good bracelet is:
- quiet when I move my arm
- lightweight – needs to feel almost like I’m not wearing bracelets
- somewhat snug – doesn’t flip flop all over my arm and down my hand
- unique and totally “me” – fits my style (I never wear any old bracelet just for the sake of wearing a bracelet)
My kids are all about the entertainment factor, though (especially during Church). ;)
Do you like bracelets? Do you wear them? My advice if your answer was “no,” is that you probably just haven’t found the right kind of bracelet for you. For example, I don’t like bracelets that are heavy, big, loose, clunky, loud and annoying.
I’m betting you could find a bracelet to love at Oopsie Daisy (11259 Kestrel Rise Road South Jordan, UT), though! Let me know what you find!
Note: I work for Oopsie Daisy (largely because I love their store soooo much). However, my opinions expressed here are completely genuine.

I have a hard time wearing blacelets, usually only to church or out and about. Once I get home, I take them off. But a good bracelet does make an outfit!
